This 65 Unit Mixed-Use Condominium project is on University Avenue near San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley, and serves as a visual gateway to the city. Given the location and the scale of the project, we decided to go with a “Grande Hotel” look, done in a 21st Century version of Berkeley Craftsman. The color scheme, which is inspired by the golden hills of the East Bay, will add a touch of warmth to the street.
